Possibly found my no-start condition...verify diag please?

This stupid Lumina is kicking my ass. Went to try to get another fuel pressure reading on it this afternoon, and it ran up to 42psi right away, but then started bleeding off pressure in a hurry. Within 20 seconds, it had run down to 20psi. Obviously, this will never fly with this car. I'm positive now that there are fuel injectors that are leaking, and big time, leading to a flooded condition, creating a no start. Does that make sense to y'all? Thanks.

Also, if this is the proper diag, does anyone know if the SFI injectors from a 1987 Olds Delta 88 with the 3.8 will interchange? Thanks.

Um, well it sounds like either an injector is leaking, or a bad fuel pressure regulator. Only way to know for sure I would think is to pull the rail out and watch the injectors.

Those injectors would fit but its gonna screw with the computer most likely. You need the same rated injectors in there for the best operation on the stock computer.

Yeah, when it warms up a little...it's DAMN cold here...and yes, I know you guys just got a bunch of snow, too...I'm gonna pull that fuel rail, and see what I've got going on. Thanks.
