Engine Jerking '95 3.1L Monte

My brother and I just got done rebuilding my 3.1 after a misfortunate spark plug accident where the spark plug sheared off in the head forcing us to tear my engine down to the block. We replaced all the gaskets, the knock sensor, coolant temperature sensor and switch. It runs but the engine almost jerks back and forth. If you stand behind the car and listen to the exhaust it is a rythmic poping noise. Any suggestions on how to approach this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a ton.

Did you get the spark plug wires in the right spots? That's where'd I'd start first...

They are all on the right cylinders
