  • LOL Light?

Hey everyone, I have a 93 Corsica LT 3.1. Does the low oil level light on these cars work? The bulb doesn't come on during startup and I even checked and put a new bulb in. I even tried draining the oil..waiting awhile to reset the delayed timer and start the car real quick but notta.

Is their a sensor in the pan? Sometime the light exists but does not have a function. Just like my shift light. It is there but has no function even thought my truck is a manual. Apparently all old S-10's in Canada are like that.

you have a sensor in the pan and it's a 3.1 MPFI? As far as I've ever seen, only the 93.5+ "3100" V6 with the aluminum cast oil pan has the sensor.
