  • 3.4 F body (iron head) spark plug type.

    Greetings, all!

    This is a great place!
Been reading, here, for several years, just never got around to registering.

I have a really easy N00B question. Tried doing a search but didn't find anything.

What type of spark plugs are used in the 93-95 3.4 Camarobird engine?
The AC plug type would be okay. An NGK equivalent would be even better.

    Thanks!

Actually an AC Delco plug is ALWAYS your best choice for your GM engine. NGK is ok for a Volkswagen but not a GM

    Ac Delco PN http://www.acdelco.com/html/catalog/index.htm

    R43TSK SPARK PLUG, STANDARD PLUG

Thanks for the replies guys. Much appreciated.
Regarding brands... There was a multi-page flame fest on one of the other forums that I frequent. (No I was NOT involved. ) It proved... absolutely nothing. The NGKs were an experiment. Again, it proved absolutely nothing.
I have found that, with a few exceptions, it's pretty much a matter of personal preference anyway.
        (Well... except for Champions. :P ) <ducking and running>

        Thanks, again. This place rocks!
