Sounds like it should. Damn if you didn't prepare for a fire.
        Where was this coolant leak?

I need to tighten up where they were disconnected near the throttle body, fuel intake, so I could lift the plenum etc. Shouldn't be hard. I keep getting smoke on the passenger side by the fire wall after about 5 or 10 minutes. I think it's a clogged catalytic converter, thoughts?

            Don't reuse the stock clamps.
Again I must say the power steering lines may be leaking. The only other thing could be a leaking valve cover gasket. The way the car ran seems to me that the cat is not clogged, unless it started running bad after you shot the video. Still after all those misfires the cat is hurt bad or dead anyway. Magnaflow universal is the way to go(just a reminder). Do it ASAP before it becomes a real problem.
The only "free" way to check a cat to see if it is broken inside is to bang on it. If it sounds like something is loose then it is in fact broken/split. With those misfires that can happen with time.

Did you change the oil yet?

Did not change the oil, it didn't smell strong but will (have mavis) do it next week while I'm home from work recovering. There was a problem with the power steering some time ago before I started working on the car, and it was leaking badly! I'll ask mavis if they have a record of the repair, I remember they thought it was fixed and then I had to go back again because it was still leaking...I think it was an unconventional repair, they were reluctant to explain it to me at the time, and I don't think there was a parts bill...I bet that's what it is! Again, Thank you! !!

Should the cat be welded in, or is that something I can do myself by cutting and clamping?

Your welcome. Hope you the recovery goes quick.
Almost sounds like you need to find another shop. If it comes do to you fixing the PS lines I think Rock Auto may have them. Good to hear that the oil will be changed. Oh and yes the cat should be welded in, your going to have to find a low budget shop to do that. The chain stores will charge too much. Check for small shops that are dealers of Magnaflow products.
