The oil actually accumulates gasoline? I never heard that but I can believe it! Have there been crankcase fires related to that? Great info, thanks again to you and everyone who has been helping me get this car back where it belongs, on the road!

All engines have blow by and you have been running over rich. So you have much more gas mixing with the oil. But some oil does make it into the combustion chamber via the ring's gap(and by a small amount the valve guides). That oil is burned. That which doesn't make it far enough(passed the rings) to get burned mixes with the blow by, returning to the pan.
Pull your dipstick and smell it. It should be quite a strong smell!

Most of the time there is not much gas in the oil. You do seem to have forgot about the PCV system. Much of the airborne gas/oil mix goes right back to the intake to be burned in the chambers.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crankc...ilation_system ...got myself educated on PCV now, the first universally accepted industry wide closed system for the reduction of emissions from internal combustion engines first in the United States and then around the world in the early 1960's...lol...seriously, great info, thank you!

We all have to learn, no one is born with it.
How's it running now? Starting to feel like I own stock in the car(lol). Nah, just been a long hard fight and I'd like to hear it's doing great.

Just changed out the O2 Sensor and she is purring! There is smoke coming from near the same area, I'm hoping that will resolve with an oil change and maybe some seafoam....thanks again!!!

              Leaking valve cover gasket?
Happy to hear it is running good! Some Sea Foam down the booster will help clean out all the build up. Then it should run really good. Don't forget to get a new converter, Magnaflow is the best.

I don't think it's the valve covwrs, it's coming from lower down, near the O2 Sensor. I'm thinking it's just gasoline laden oil create a smoky blow by that's getting out of the exhaust or something. Thoughts? I'll link a video too...

These two videos were taken before I changed the O2 Sensor, but the smoke condition remains the same...

My guess is a power steering line is leaking. Check your level in the reservoir and look at the lines.
