Head gasket

I have recently blown mine and since I have to rebuild the whole damn engine what brand should I use for the head gasket? Is copper really worth the cost?

Well if it were me I would be using nothing other than FelPro or GM gaskets. However, these are for stock replacement. Copper would be nice but do you have the need to remove and replace you heads alot? If not dont bother.

I recommend just going with original GM Gaskets, they are of good quality.

FelPro has a pretty good reputation. I wouldn't worry about using their stuff.
