Hola,
It's been a while since I posted since my last fiasco with my camshaft snapping in half. I fixed the motor and it lasted a 2.5 years after that. Then one day I went to pass some guy going 20 mph on the freeway. Sure enough the high rpms starved the oil and the rod came a knocking.
I'm currently rebuilding the motor. 2 months + on the guy at the machine shop to get my crank and rods done...
The cars been good to me I didn't have the heart to scrap it. Knowing it would only be stripped bare and put on blocks or crushed. Figured I'd rebuild the motor and give the car new life. As I get stuff back together I just want to know if anyone knows the size of the small freeze plug that's at the front of the motor under the camshaft. It's for the galley that the camshaft bearings use. When I got my block back from hot tanking the guy just handing me a box full of plugs no biggie.
I just cant seem to find the right size for this lil freeze plug can anyone shed some light?
