I have recently replaced the thermostat and the water outlet, have good levels on coolant but am still seeing a low coolant warning on my dash. Was looking for the next step on on fixing this issue. Thank you

Are you checking your coolant level from the overflow tank or the radiator?
As long as your radiator is filled and your coolant system is bleed out then I'd bet your low coolant temp sensor is bad, there known to go bad. The sensor will be on the passenger side of the radiator, you could try to take it out and clean it(they get gummed up from old coolant) but while your at it you mine as well buy a new one. When I replaced mine it ran me $40, the sensor is a little hidden on the side of the tank and you'll have to pull the radiator out a little bit to get to it. You will want to drain out the radiator of coolant before you pull the sensor out of the tank or you'll get coolant everywhere, I hope this helps.1997 Chevy Lumina LS- SOLD
