crank pulley wobble - what could it be?

My crank pulley has some wobble when the motor is running, doesn't look right, what could this be?

Crank pulley bolt is not loose. Motor runs fine. I haven't noticed this problem before. Wobble is mostly there on idle and seems to go away when revving motor.

What else can cause the crank pulley to wobble?

The elastic bond between the inner and outer pulley could be separating. It would be wise to get a new pulley before it lets loose and does personal/property damage.
