coil pack questions and relocation questions

Hey, my cavalier is running a little rough. its got new spark plug wires and plugs still look good. with the car running i unplugged the front 3 wires one at a time and the one on the middle coil wouldnt spark as far as the other two. The two that seemed strong were sparking from like an inch away from metal, the one in question had to be within half an inch or less iirc.

On the relocation, I am wondering if i can mount them up closer to the top of the fan? what connectors will i have to extend?
