When starting my 86 2.8L carburetted engine it is running fine. Until the automatic choke is warmed up and full open, then it starts hesitating and running rough.
What could be wrong with it?
Run some seafoam into the vacuum system, and pour some into the bowl vent on the carb.
I just did this last week, man what a differerence!
Honestly though, the carb probably needs a rebuild.
