what you will want to do for a catch can is disconnect the plastic line from the PCV valve, run a hose from the can to that, and the other hose back to the intake plastic tubing, this should be very simple if you are able to retain all the stock PCV lines.

Also, a bonus from glass bead on a nasty crusty head. The head looked pretty nasty before blasting.

Edit: I also want to reinforce what I said earlier. The UIM was a straight soak in 100% Formula 88 for a couple days, then turned over and soaked for another couple days. Absolutely no brushing, agitation or circulation was involved in it.Last edited by pocket-rocket; 03-31-2012, 03:34 PM.-60v6's 2nd Jon M.

i buy a product named "L.A's Totally Awsome!" they sell it at Dollar Tree and its the best stuff i ever used, i use it on Everything.... my spare transmission, heads, pistons & other parts, id just spray them down After pressure washing off all the oil that easily comes off... come back in 10 mins and pressure wash all that nasty crap away.. $1 a bottle and it works wonders... ill never use anything else
i also assigned a bucket to be Dedicated to Awsome... filled it with about 5-6 bottles of awsome and i drop whatevers greasy in there and come back whenever and spray em off with the pressure washer and VOILA perfect shiny aluminum... Safe, no pitting but it will leave residue if you dont wash it off with waterLast edited by bigboi407; 04-01-2012, 07:36 PM.
