Coil pack and injector swap to carb & dist

I have a 1990 lho 3.1 and i am wanting to rid myself of the fuel infection and jump into a four barrel carb with a distributor swap as well
Ive looked around online but cant get any info on what cfm the injectors are from factory or what cfm carb would supply enough fuel
As well i am droping in new pistons and a new exhaust to support a dual turbo set up
And a new crank and cam etc

I am converting a 3.4L L32 engine and the advice I got was to use either an s10 truck manifold and carb (will bolt to cast iron heads only) or an Edelbrock 3785 manifold with a 3787 adapter and Holley 390 CFM carb along with a Chevy S10 Federal vac/mech advance distributor and Crane Cams 253902 kit.
