  • Power Steering pump bolt sizes?

I can't believe I'm even asking about this. Placed all my stuff in bags, labeled sealed box, and of everything these 3 bolts seem to have gone into the 4th dimension. Does anyone know what size the originals are? 13 mm I thought but maybe not?

I'm also trying to figure out one mystery piece. I have a Small Heat Shield that looks like it went somewhere to protect something but I can't seem to figure out what. It almost looks like a Starter heat shield because of it's size but I don't want to take any guesses I'm not pro I'm just a chump. Can't find it in the Haynes manual. Been working on this car since June in my spare time I screw up and forget stuff I didn't label. Ironically it was this one piece that wasn't tagged and bag.

The PS bolts are indeed 13mm. I'm not sure on the thread and bolt length, though.

What sort of car/engine is this in? Do you have a pic of the shield?

Thanks, I found the bolts, must be fatigue from working and then coming home and trying to get this car running. Funny thing is for some reason I put the power steering pump bolts in a bag I had the battery retainer bracket in. It had corrosion on it and it got all over the power steering bolts so it didn't look like when I had pulled them out originally. Haha that's what I get for having a photographic memory. They actually looked like the Strut bar bolts they were dirty.

The car is a 97 Buick century. I meant to snap a shot of it. Lazy on my part, I thought someone might have known off hand because other than this piece the only other heat shields in the bay of the car are on the exhaust manifolds. Thanks for all help, saved me a trip to dreaded autozone (shivers).
