  • final repairs/ parts replacment before project

Ok some final repairs and new parts to add before I begin gathering parts for my project. I have noticed as of late my car idles very high so I decided to look under the hood and find the plastic line from the front valve cover was cracked and missing a chunk.

As you can see i just did the best i could repairing it for now. I called a few parts shops around the area and all of them said that they do no sell this part. My only option would be to hunt the whole thing down from a junk yard (no biggie really). My leading question would be, Is that my only choice, or am is there somewere i can buy it new? I would rather place a new part on then bone yard part. Second question,

How repairable does this look, and where could i find replacement inner and out panels for the right rear on 2 door 95 cutlass, i have looked at the GM site and it was listed at 1200$ each panel
The final question is, I need front struts (i planned on doing most of suspension seeing as all the bushing are getting old and both the rear and front strut mounts are going) and heard of coil overs for the front and flex-a-form leaf springs. my thought was making coil overs for the front and getting the car lowered, but sitting level with the flex-a-form leaf spring. Otherwise what would be the recommendations for front and rear struts?
    -Thank you in advance
