LEM Torque specs

I am nearly sure I read somewhere that the torque for the 4 corner bolts on the LEM on a 3.1 Aluminum head engine were different than on the 4 center bolts. The torque specs listed here are all the same. Am I mistaken or is there an updated specification? Larry
