I've got a 3100 that's taking longer to crank than it used to. The muscle memory in my hand lets off too soon, so suddenly all week, it wouldn't start on the first try. Until I consciously stayed on the starter longer, it would take two starts.
Temperature doesn't matter, what matters is how long the engine sits. Drivability, fuel economy, and power are fine. Once started, the care will restart normally.
What's going on? Fuel delivery issues?
Thanks,
Ken T.
