        Is anything on the throttle body extremely against being soaked in water and degreaser?

            Ok now I think I got a big problem. The car will not start till I crank it a couple times and pump the gas pedal. Also there seams to be something burning because when the car is off lots of smoke come out of the tail pipe and the smell is something ice never smelt before. I think it's time to junk this van and get them another one

                White smoke that just seeps out of the exhaust for like 5 min after the car is off and into the rear wheel well and bumper. Its a burning smell not like oil never smelt anything like it before.

                  If it's white and it has a sweet smell and it's more moist than usual, it's probably likely that the head gaskets have gone. In a worse case scenario a head could have cracked, but on the 3x00 I've yet to see a cracked head.

                  If the smoke is like what I described, you could rent a coolant system pressure tester and pump up the cooling system while cold and then hot and see what sort of differences it makes. I had a minivan in my garage once (Mercury Villager aka a Nissan Quest in disguise) that had a moist exhaust and wouldn't kick any heat out of the heater (so maybe check the heater for heat as well). Turned out to be a bad head gasket.

                    It's not a sweet smell like a BHG I had one on my supra and that was hell. Its a light burning smell
