Question : Anyone ever pull a Renrzvous motor?

I hear they will come out through the top with the exhaust all off. I have access to a lift but I've never pulled a motor from underneath. Would kinda like to try it though. Pros and cons?

I had to replace the head gaskets on my Rendezvous this summer. Even with the heads off, I think it would be a royal pain to get the engine out from the top. It is probably possible, but if I were to do it, I'd most likely look into taking it out the bottom.

I got a 3400 out of a minivan out the top with just the UIM and alternator off (there was some scraping involved, but not where it was seen ). I haven't seen the engine bay on a Rendezvous, though.
