I have a 93 Chevy Cavalier Z24 with a 3.1 LH0. I'm in real big trouble here. My cavalier is the daily driver and I'm stressing out on this idle issue, not knowing when my car is gonna eat sh*t and die. When I am in drive and let go of the break it stays about 750 -900 rpm. But when it starts to pick up pace ( no even accelerating, just letting it idle) to a certain speed it will go immidialtely to about 1100 -1200 rpm. which is abnormally high. so that gets the car to about 15mph and stays at that idle speed. and if I go the right speed between 10 and 15mph it will switch from those two idles (750rpm and 1200rpm) at a constant back and forth motion. does anybody know why this could be?

Hmmmm...
Is the SES light on?
I'd suspect these things:
1) Dirty throttle body
2) Bad IACV
3) Bad MAP
4) Bad TPS
5) Vacuum leak-Chris-03 Black GAGT SedanMODS:
