2004 Pontiac Engine control computer location?

Can anyone tell me where the engine control computer is located on my daughters 2004 Pontiac grand Am with a 3.4 L engine? Nobody is putting out a manual for this car and I am flying blind. Thanks.

(6:17:48 PM) xxxxxxx: Gotta take off the hush panel down there, should be a few small bolts
(6:17:52 PM) xxxxxxx: then you'll see the PCM
