1990 3.1 TBI still running rough

my 90 APV is still not running right. its not a definite miss as it is just running rough, most noticable under part throttle operation. give me any idea of what to change and i will do it.

so far i have done:

refurbed injectors
rebuilt throttle body with new regulator
new cap, rotor, plugs, wires
new exhaust including converter
checked all wires
checked all fuel lines
new fuel filter
new fuel pump
new o2 sensor
cleaned IAC and verified operation
checked TPS and voltage went from .5 to 4 with no spikes along the way
changed MAP sensor
changed coolant temp sensor

the only 2 things i can think of are a coil or ignition module getting weak? i get no codes, it is charging good and the battery is new.

new development as of 20 minutes ago:

i was driving it and it was good, but it started running really rough. as i slowed it started getting worse. i assumed converter lockup but got up to 50 and got it to lockup, and unlock with the brake pedal. when i stopped the van stalled. i unplugged the lockup just in case. it starts and runs fine in park or neutral, but go put it in gear and it stalls rather harshly. i got it home by pushing it down a big hill in neutral and putting it in gear, then not stopping at all on the way home.

trans is a th125 3 speed auto.

i can not figure this out, and i'm the only one i know around here besides paid mechanics(which we can not afford to take this thing to) who knows anything about TBI.

The transmission cable on the throttle linkage may be out of adjustment. It could be possible that the TCC controller is malfunctioning.
