fuel pump sputtering

I put in some TCE lifter springs.. battery was disconnected during the process (like always)

for one it wont start, but there is fuel pressure at the rail

torwards the end of priming the fuel pump goes like tap, tap, tap pretty quick (sounds like sputtering tho)

anyway its clearly coming from the tank

any idea WTF could of happened?

nevermind its fine. forgot to hookup the grounds on the back of the trans
