hello i am new here, though i browse the forums a lot. As you can tell by my user name driving a 95 cutlass (supreme) and i just have a few question. I have the small port 3100 and i know doing the UIM and LIM can both net me some power gains (and doing things such as getting them UIM and LIM ported) but i heard some talk on a forum (cant remeber which one) that the 3100-3400 UIM was designed to enhance low end torque i want to know if this is true. Also i looking in to getting a fender intake for my car, but i don't know/ and scared to relocated the battery.
any help would be nice. Thank you in advance
EDIT: forgot to mention, sort of new to the car/ engine work, i understand the concepts and the UIM swap is the 3100 large port(ported) vs a 3500(ported)
