Question : engine running rough after an head gasket.

I just finished an head gasket job and the engine is running really rough on my hybrid. the engine vibrate hard at idle, through the powerband it is felling like no power.the engine has almost always the same noise at idle and throughout the powerband. the engine feels like it has a big cam. ive looked at the spark plugs and wires and coils and it seems it comes from something else.

if you have any idea, it will be greatly appreciated.

Cranking compression test numbers, please. Don't forget to disable fuel and spark while testing for safety and block the throttle wide open for accurate results.
