i am talking about the fact an o2 sensor can give an output in range => amplitude
    1. 1xx-8xx
    and
    2. 2xx-5xx mV
assuming the output changes w/adequate frequency in both.
2nd example shows clearly inaproppriate behavior of the sensor.

Is the EGR valve leaking? On some models it's easy to put it on backwards and exhaust pressure will blow the valve off it's seat. Besides the readings you are getting, what symptoms is the vehicle exhibiting driveability wise?

If you ain't rock and roll, you must be driving a Honda

If EGR leaking...I got only Elm based scanner, it does not show even EGR commanded vs actual pintle position but no DTCs referred to such problem (so far)
        Driveability:
        - bad fuel economy (ca. 13.5 mpg)-> that hurts me much, in europe we dont have gas price like mineral water-as in States...
        - slight 'kicks' on steering wheel - like slightly uneven combustion, to be felt on idle/little load

          Yep. Baro shows 101 kPa.

You could temporarily place a piece of shim stock under the EGR to block it and see if that is the problem.

besides the lean condition, how is the MAF radings from the sensor at idle? quick compression test/ cylinder leakage test could help. how do the plugs look?

Both O2 sensors just replaced for new ones(NTK), MAF cleaned, flow on idle 3-4 g/sec, spark plugs just replaced(Autolite i suppose), old ones little blackish-too much fuel burnt ??
I run bifuel=E95 and LPG, burnt out valve seats could be potentially next suspect but thats a bigger job and money to spend.

                  EDIT

Nevermind. Its in lb/min not grams. I didn't think 1 g/sec would be right but I remembered hptuners showing 1 only at idle.

No, its OK,i just didnt switch to imperial units on my scanner, so 4 g/sec indicated and AFAIK -its OK.
