  • 3400 P0300B diagnosing and fuel return line

    Hello
1)Can anybody advice what exactly "P0300B Current" DTC multiple misfire code means to my engine-I mean: "Current" means last state recorded lately(and now is OK) or 'is being recorded' at moment of scanning ECM? And how to proceed then to eliminate this (failure, not a code ! ;-D?
    2) I heard about a 'method' to control and improve fuel consumption(and use) by SQUEZING a bit(with eg.some clamp) fuel return line in engine compt. Abracadabra or a fact ?

PO300 IS random misfire...........I'm not sure what the B means...what sort of scan tool are you using?

Current means that the code has happened in recent ignition cycles....stored codes are marked in history or somesuch (the code has appear, but the coniditons don't exsist for the code anymore).

You could have a bad FPR.....or EGR thats not closing.......to name a few things.
