  • Wtf not cool

I recently just bought a lot of parts WOTTECH for my 3100 J vin engine build. The engine is running very nice except for the increasingly annoying lifter noises I'm getting. I have the ls6 springs and Manley retainers installed with new valves proper seals and seats for the springs. The car almost sounds like a diesel it's so bad. I just replaced the lifters the other day to see if it would make a difference, it made almost no difference. Should I fill the lifters with oil prior to the install. Can the stock lifters not handle the LS6 spring pressure? I've looked everywhere and I can't really find any solid explanations. Everything seems in order, I just can't find whats wrong! I know I already posted a similar thread but this is more to the topic and I really need help haha. THANK YOU!!!

you should always soak the lifters in oil before you install them.
