can I get some second opinions or more a verification that if I have fuel spurting out of the vacuum port it is a bad regulator. and where can I get an affordable one. thanks for the help guys. unfortunately we already replaced the injectors. (probably needed them anyways with 127k)

New AC Delco regulators for under $65.
Aftermarket units as low as $40.
Takes 20 minutes to swap out.

Remove:
Intake Hose to TB
Rear Throttle bracket and vacuum lines
Move the ignition wires out of the way
TB or TB heater hoses (I prefer removing TB heater hoses and bypassing)
Upper intake
Fuel Rail hold down bolt
Fuel Rail
Regulator
Reverse for install.Lifting my front wheels, one jack at a time.
