Yeah and new injector o-rings of course. I've never tore into the older 3.1mpfi's but you'll need those for sure.

Is this an upgrade in EFIs for performance? Or are they just in need of a good cleaning? I am also curious as to whether the ones going in are Brand New...or Re-Conditioned. And if I may ask...what was cost of the replacements...if the question is not indiscreet, of course? And lastly...what will you do with the ones being taken out? Thanks in advance for your time and reply...

          refurb

I am replacing due to the car running terrible. he had a shop run a diagnostic and they confirmed our thought that at least 3 of the injectors are not working well. I payed $42 a piece with a $10 core charge so from rockauto online. they are refurbs and I plan on returning them to rockauto for my core.

One last question (request): Would you mind reading the EFI Model Number off of the barrel side of one of them and list it in here please? The reason for all these questions relates to this thread because I'm trying to assess what the absolute costs are in time, money and difficulty others must donate toward solving their EFI problems...versus...following the design to build and then use my "Home Made EFI Cleaning Machine"... affectionately called "The FrankInjector". Here is the link to the our forum subject matter and also the direct link to the 20 videos and a several hundred images made during the development of this new machine in action if you prefer not wading through all the verbiage:
