I'm thinking he got cut off in the middle of posting this. I've had it happen to me in the garage with my wifi since my nephew knocked my laptop off a chair and it landed on the external antenna port of my wifi card :/ At least antennas are only around $8 (7dBi gain too

It can cut out at the strangest times, even while transmitting
I've typed big long posts and had it tell me my post was too small indicating it didn't receive a bit of what I typed, but did receive the submit command. At that point I was too pissed to come in the house and get on the desktop to retype all of that and didn't bother posting.
