Rod Knock?

Hi!
Has my Fiero a Rod Knock?

Right click on RodKnock.mpg and choose Save As...

When I put the 1 gear in and release the clutch a little bit to lower the rpm, the ticking disappears...
Retarding the timing also reduces the ticking to nothing...

Sounds like a rod knock or piston slap.Time for a overhaul.
