Had to do a intake gasket replace, in the process broke the electrical connector off one injector, going to get a new one tomorrow, right now i got some in the intake a some in the fuel rail, whats the best way to install them, did a search all i found was removing them which is a pain. this is my first time working on a v6 i,m open to ideas. thanks

Install? new o rings with a bit of motor oil around them and push them in...
Next time you do an intake gasket, just leave the fuel rail on the LIM so you don't have to mess with them.sigpic New 2010 project (click image)

If you haven't removed anymore from the rail leave them in and clipped in. Just put new o-rings on the parts you removed and you *should* be ok, but then again you might want to put new on all of them just to be safe since you might have wiggled some of them.

intake done
I ended up taking all the injectors out and off the rail, first time didn't know what i was doing, oh well learned a couple things, took my time and put it back together with all new o-rings and fel-pro metal intake gasket, late this afternoon got it going, started right up, sounds good hope there is no more problems. everybody thanks for the replys.
