86 Cutlass Ciera Timing

Hello! I drive a 1986 Olds. Cutty Ciera 2.8 60DEGREE with the LE2(the one that started it all) I cant for the life of me find the timing for this car. Some people are telling me 14 BTDC and some are telling me 8. Id love to tune the car properly. Please help.

Thanks. After i finally tune the engine nicely....MY Cat turned cherry red. So now i have a new problem to fix :P
