  • 155k 3400 What to look for?

My 3400 has 155k miles on it, Im getting ready to replace the tranny due to slippage issues. The one going in the car has about 52k miles on it and has a 1 yr warranty. After the trans is done, a few wks later I am going to be doing the LIM gasket. I am going to be running Nitrous prob a 35 or 50 shot. What should I look at or replace to make sure the engine is capable of running the n2o safely. Push rods? rockers? springs? etc? What should the compression be at? any help/info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Timing chain stretch, other than that maybe stiffer springs. LS1 or LS6 or 3500 ones. But probably be just fine.
