2001 GP 3100 TPS Problem

I have a 01 gp with a 3100, it keeps going through tps's. the problem is high idle at times but not always, it set a tps code, i replace the tps and it's good for 2 or 3 months. then it starts doing it again, I've used a borg warner tps, standard and an AC with the same results (working at a parts store has its advantages). Besides that it runs great still gets good milage for a car with over 200,000. when i say high idle its around 1300rpm when its not acting up it stays a solid 800rpm temperature does not effect the situation nether does moisture.
