first thing I would do is get the water out. I would just remove the sparkplugs and then get a thin hose, and use a squeeze bulb, or a brake bleeder to get the water out of the cylinders. After that, I would try to manually rotate the engine to see if it is seized (with the spark plugs out).

If it turns freely, I would do a compression test while the plugs are still out, and if that is good, I would then put new plugs in it, and try to start it again. See what it does.

Since you said not to ask about how water got in there, then I will not.

same prodecure TAYLOR said but i done this once before- i would get all spark plugs off first then start the engine up, let all of pistons push the water out till u see no mist coming out then check compression and ofc put in new plugs. only if when u knew water got in and dont start it up at all then it d be easy. but did u try to starting it up, "struggling to" starting it up then its hell. up to u

It's a Long Story My Father Actually Put A Hose On The Intake Tube While It Was Opened...Long Story The Car Stoped And Never Started Again...I Tried That Option With The Spark Plugs And Started The Engine He Threw A Lot Of Water Out When He Stopped I Put The New Plugs In...But He Was Trying To Start And A Boom When Out In The Back Of The Car Through The Mufflers...I Didn't Like the Sound So I Stopped And He's Now Sitting In My Garage...He Never Started Again So I Believe That Something Else Is Wrong...I Did Everything...But I Believe It's Another Thing....I Don't Know

Well if the engine still rotates your off to a better start. Spray some WD40 into all the cylinders to prevent rust. Check for the basics like fuel and spark. If you have them then you should get some signs of the engine trying to start.

Yes Right Now It's Rotating I Think When I Rotated It Inside The Engine Sounded Like a "Click"... I'll Do The WD-40 Right Away But I Still Believe It Has Water In It And Probably It Damaged Some Sensors...Which Could Also Add To Not Starting I Believe...He Has Fuel And Spark But I Don't Even Wanna Try To Start It...

Ok I'm working In It...The Engine Rotates Fine With Just One Hand I Can Rotate It...The Oil Is Very Clear And No Signs Of Water In It...I'm Going To Try Again Just In Case He Has More Water Inside And I'm Getting New Spark Plugs Again...Anything Else Would Be Greately Appreciated

That BOOM out the back could have just been a backfire.

Try spraying a shot of CARB CLEANER in the intake and start it again. It should start then die right away.

Did you try doing a compression test? That would show if any seals blew out, damage to the rings, or damage to the valves.

If the compression test is good, then it is safe to say the engine can run again.
