Now's a good time to replace the uimg while you're in there replacing the O-ring. It's not that hard to do, should take you an hour if you're good with the hand tools.Lifting my front wheels, one jack at a time.Comment

I replaced the distrubutor oring. To do so i had to remove the fuel rail. Now Im leaking gas. In short trips i can open the hood and see puddles of gas on the LIM by the injectors. I took it all apart again and replaced the lower injector orings and still leaking... Now what? I dont understand how its leaking fuel. The rail is tight..

mine done the same thing, even tho there clip on, its possible that its the upper o ring. when i first got my hybrid running i had to change EVERY upper o-ring before it would stop leaking. and also, make sure they have a bit of oil on them. and seated properlysigpicComment

Even clipped they can be moved and if they are moved a little bit (taking the rail off the LIM) then you now have the o-ring at a different angle and the depression from being at a certain angle now is moved, so it can leak.sigpic New 2010 project (click image)

It was the oring that on the tube that connect each end of the fuel rails.

Ok got that fixed now It takes a couple extra seconds to start and the check engine light comes on when it gets to operating temp.. any ideas guys?
