Fuel pressure 2.8 tpi

Hi, I am trying to identify what the nessary fuel pump pressure is for a 2.8 tpi this one appears to be a 89 camero, also is there a way to increase the pressure through the fuel injection return? I am using a ford truck 60 pd pump and yet when I test the pressure on top of the engine I am showing 32 pds.

32 psi?

check the regulator, fuel filter, check the pump (usually ford crap doesnt work in gm vehicles!), do a leak down test to verify you dont have one injector letting loose
