Injector Replacement, Unmodified Engine.

I'm looking for new injectors and SummitRacing is saying that 14.4 Ohm injectors are compatible with my engine. But my OEM injectors are testing at 12.4 Ohms. Are the 14.4 Ohm still the ones I want? What about flow? Summit is showing 17lb as the stock replacement. Do I want maybe a 19lb? 21lb? The engine is unmodified at this time, except for the intake and exhaust.

The engine is a 3.4L from a 1994 Camaro/FireBird with SFI, installed in a 4x4 (Isuzu Trooper).
