Belt change on 99 Grand Am GT

My sister's GAGT (3400) needs a new belt. What needs to be done to do it yourself? I haven't looked at the motor but my dad did and is not looking forward to it so any advice/tips would be greatly appreciated. I may end up doing it for him, man how I love RWD cars.

Pretty simple. Release the belt off the tensioner and support the engine with a jack with a wood block on the jack pad. Remove the cruise control unit, then remove the plate connecting the chassis mount to the engine(if you have East Coast emissions then you'll have to remove the emissions pipe going to the rear bank before removing the plate). Remove belt.

Installation is in reverse order.
