ok i got the piston & connecting rod assembly out of the block ...but now i try to take out the piston from the rod but i dont know how loose the piston pin ...i dont see any looks or some thing like that so!!! what's happen ???????

thats why you heat them to press the pins out. you dont destroy the pistonsColin

If you heat up the whole assembly and the apply ice to just the pin it should fall out, or come out with slight push. You can use an oven and never go more than 250*F1993 EXT. CAB, 3.4L V6 TBI, 5spd manual. Sonoma
