I am constantly seeing bubbles in my coolant overflow after I swapped my 3500 in. Only happens after it gets hot, and happens some when I turn it off and it is still hot.

Right now I am only running water becuase I wanted to flush the system, and wanted only water to come out if I had to take something off again. I also dumped in a bottle of Prestone Radiator Flush, it says to leave in 10mins and run the car but I have been taking little test drives and such with it.

Should the prestone in there longer be fine? Are the bubbles normal for it to just be getting more air out? System was totally empty, so was the engine. It doesn't seem to be losing any water.

    Just wanted to check, thanks.

Not sure why you have bubbles but there should be coolant in the water. You probably boiled the water, causing steam and hot spots, and perhaps bubbles.
