  • Fuel pressure regulator

Is there any way to test and see if it is my fuel pressure regulator? If there is and that is it is there any way to fix that or do i have to replace the whole thing?

Easiest test without tools would be to remove the vacuum line on the regulator, then run the fuel pump (ign on, engine off, or find the fuel pump prime wire and touch it to the positive terminal underhood) and check for fuel leaking out of the vacuum port.

What about fuel coming out of the vacuum line on the throttlebody?

yeah that's the same symptom, the fuel would travel thru the vacuum line to the TB.
