  • Didn't wanna have to do this. . .

I didn't want to have to ask but I am doing an oil change on a 96 cutlass 3100 4dr tommorow.

How much Oil does it take with a new filter?

Also, I'm driving 1000 miles next week from NY to Florida, I hear a squeaking in the rear before and even after both rear shocks and a bushing was replace last week.

Is this dangerous? My baby is going to be in this car along with my wife and cats. I've heard the noise for a while.

    Any input appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Dan

Hard to say on noises like that. Does it happen constant, on turns, braking, acceleration? Need some details.
