...Does anyone know what would cause this? Power steering pulley to water pump pulley , the belt rubs on the plate. Bad P/S pulley? I let my buddy work on the car with me I think he tried to pry on the engine using the pulley. That seems like it may be a POS to get out, but may come out from the top?

Is the power steering pulley making noise? damaged? does it wiggle when off by hand? Mine cracked and I pulled it off and pressed a new one on for $15.
Also I replaced the tensioner, as it was going too. Maybe yours is sprung out the side?sigpic
