ok, i just bought a 90 beretta indy with a 3.1 v6 with 150000 miles on it this is not my first 3.1 v6 either i have had like 3 other cars with the same engine, anyway it kinda hesatates when i start to move from a stop, and sometimes when i put it in park it stalls but if i just go to neutral it will stay running but it still idel's like crap, but one morning i went to start it and it wouldnt do anything in park, it was like i was in drive, so i put it in neutral and it started right up, but most of the time if i leave it it will die, the rpm's start to jump from like 900 down to 500 a few times, then it stalls, help!

From the sounds of what you're describing, I had a similar problem with my '90 Celebrity which had the 3.1 in it. It ended up being the OČ sensor for me. An easy test for the OČ sensor would be to just unplug it. The car won't run as well, but it should run *consistent*, and it shouldn't stall. If that's the case, replace the OČ sensor. If not, if it's just as bad, and still stalls, then you'll need to look elsewhere.
If I understand correctly, my OČ sensor had been feeding the ECM the wrong information, so that's why mine was crapping out all the time. Mine was getting so bad, it was to the point that when I was slowing to a stop, I had to put it in N and stay on the gas to keep the RPMs up, otherwise it would stall for sure and was a bugger to restart!SCREECH
