MSD or Bosch

I have a gen 2 3.1 v6 and it's been awhile since a tune up (a loooong time). So I was wondering what type of brand of spark plugs and spark plug wires should I go with. so MSD or Bosch? if you can give me a website to where I can order it I'd "really" appreciate it. I over heard MSD was the way to go but that was a loooooooooong time ago as well....

Spark plugs? Ac delco. Stay away from the bosch + series, they don't work well and dont last long in our engines. Just get regular AC delco, or rapid fires or whatever other new gimmick they have that may appeal to you. Seriously though, all it does is create a spark. Thats its only job.

I'm running with Iridium Spark Plugs and MSD Wires. Everything is perfectly fine and i have a 3100. Although you probably want to go with a lower end spark plug. Ive found that they don't make really any difference in performance.
