3100 lower intake gasket swap.

Are the rocker arms self adjusting and torqued down to a torque spec , if so what is the spec? My shop got the felpro plastic gaskets , what tq spec is recommended on the lower intake? Thanks.

P.S. Yah I did a search I DIDNT FIND THE 411
